This policy describes the SMS notifications sent by software products operated under the DockLabs name by Bluehill RE Bay Road LLC, a Maine limited liability company. Bluehill RE Bay Road LLC is the registered sender for these messages.
SMS messages are sent only to designated administrators of a DockLabs deployment who have authenticated to the platform and explicitly added a phone number to their account. SMS is never sent to end users, members of the public, or anyone who has not opted in. There is no public signup that results in SMS messages.
Messages are operational alerts tied to events the recipient is responsible for, including: new beta-tester product feedback, items awaiting moderator approval, federal funding opportunities matching the recipient’s tracked criteria, status changes on tracked legislative bills, and new logged interactions on tracked accounts. Each message is one short line plus a link back to the corresponding record in the platform.
Low. A typical recipient receives fewer than ten messages per day. There are no scheduled bulk sends, no marketing messages, and no promotional content.
A user opts in by signing into a DockLabs deployment, navigating to Notification Preferences
(/notifications/preferences/), entering a phone number, and toggling the SMS channel
on for one or more notification types. Opt-in requires authenticated access to the platform.
A user can opt out at any time by:
· Toggling the SMS channel off in the same Notification Preferences page;
· Removing the phone number from their account; or
· Replying STOP to any message received.
Opting out via STOP is processed immediately by Twilio (the underlying carrier-of-record) and stops further SMS to that number from this campaign.
Replying HELP to any message returns sender identification (Bluehill RE Bay Road LLC, operating DockLabs) and a link to this page.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on the recipient’s mobile carrier and plan. Bluehill RE Bay Road LLC does not charge recipients for these messages.
Phone numbers collected for SMS notifications are used only to deliver the notifications described above. Phone numbers are not sold, are not shared with third parties for marketing, and are not used for any purpose other than sending the notifications described in this policy.
